I'll start making some changes in about two weeks. Please send me a reminder if I don't.

Looking forward to hopefully seeing improvements and perhaps more life here someday!

My semester is now over. It ended slightly early due to the major snow storm that hit the east coast. There is about 12 to 18 inches of snow on the ground at my parents' house.

Unfortunately I'll have to wait for some repairs to my laptop before I can begin any work. Expect some significant changes in the next two weeks.

My laptop is repaired, however, I'll be doing some software upgrades and general tinkering with the setup in the immediate future. After that I'll get the wiki running, finish up some changes to the forum, and see what needs to be done from there.

I'm still futzing with my computer so no progress has been made towards WWC. However, I've downloaded the latest version of phpBB and will upgrade the forum to the latest in the next couple days. I'll then investigate integration of phpBB and MediaWiki.

I'm cautiously optimistic about seeing the revitalization of WWc. When the site/forums appear more-or-less ready for prime-time, I'll be more than happy to push up advertising/links to WWc from all the sites I can. As well, I'll help where I can with respect for forum set-up.

I definitely appreciate the work you've put into this site.

I thought I'd be leaving my parents' house today due to the lack of reference material I have for a little project of mine, but plans have changed; I'm staying until the new year. For what it's worth, I don't like staying here as I am allergic to their cat and the congestion seems to have caused my tinnitus to be worse in my right ear (I have some odd inherited form of tinnitus and it's usually even and easily ignored).

I've made a note saying to upgrade phpBB and install MediaWiki... we'll see what happens. Please, please, remind me if nothing happens.

Additionally, I will run some sort of contest for WWC next year. I'm not sure what the prize would be but I'll figure it out.
