I don't think there's really a way around that, though your welcome to prove me wrong.
I like to fill all the balloons I'll need before the battle, even though I do carry a bag of unfilled ones just in case.

No, what is really needed next is one of my upcoming (***CLASSIFIED***) items, that is directly tied to project "Snake-Eye" and will make them and the launchers a LOT more battle-practical, even more so than these new shells have.

(Sorry for double posting, but I think I need to for this.)

I have just edited the above article to include tennis-ball cans, which I have found are able to fit my needs perfectly. I've left the instructions for Pringle's-cans up, because some people might prefer to use them instead since they are a cheaper solution.

Tennis ball cans are free. I have a public court down the street and players throw away perfectly good cans after games, sometimes full of balls too. Either that, or they leave cans just lying on the courts.

Lucky you. I have a local fitness center that I'm going to check-out for those soon.

Wow, that's an interesting design.

Based on the stuff you call classified, did you just redesign the entire concept of launchers?

In a way yes.
These sabots and my previously posted <a href="http://waterwarfare.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=349" target="_blank">CAP-WBL</a> systems are all preludes to a bigger whole.

Its sort of funny how it happened though.
I took a few months off to build a more practical WBL and it ended up evolving itself into a whole bunch of innovative pieces, that all have many possible applications to homemades other than mine.

My next piece to be unveiled is quite simple, but will be very useful in the construction of many other soakers and in making homemades much more affordable.
