This doesn't really need to be a separate topic, but I'm trying to spark as much organized discussion as possible.
Should the Water War League ["Warfare" I feel is more proper than "War", but whatever] have a designated staff, or should development continue as it has been? It would make sense to divide up tasks, such as building the site, making logos, etc., but it could also be seen as unnecessary. You can tell that I really don't care either way, as long as things get done.

Up to you guys...
Typically, to get things done, you need people who are willing to get things done even when others aren't getting things done. I'll give feedback, but am opting to watch development more as opposed to being actively involved in this one.
