What have you recently added to your armoury? What are your thoughts on these soakers?
My most recent ones was a few days ago, plus or minus two or three days. That's because it's a compact air pressure homemade! It's pretty powerful, but I'm waiting to drill some better nozzles.

I got a 1000, 1200 and MD5K a few weeks ago for $36, plus $14 shipping on ebay. I'm not sure what new soakers I might be able to get later on since the listings are starting to slim down, but the bidders also are.
I currently can't decide whether I like the 1200 or 1000 better. I like the 1000's style, and it's pump is more free, but the 1200 has a more comfortable grip and trigger. I haven't compared the stream performace side by side nor used them in battle though. According to iSoaker, the 1200 has a much lower range but that doesn't seem to be so for me. They probably tested a different mark with a significantly varied performance, and the case on mine is silver instead of yellow.

My mini APH is extremely powerful, and very easy to use now that all pump, backpack, and nozzle issues have been fixed. It takes a lot of pumping effort relative to the stock soakers I've used, but smart tap/pumping will lessen that. For me, the extreme range is worth it--especially since my dud (I think) CPS 4100 couldn't really trump even an MD5K in terms of range. Definitely a dud.
Speaking of that, all CPS guns vary in power a little bit. iSoaker.com's CPS 1000 might have been a little bit better than average, and/or his CPS 1200 a little worse than normal, or maybe yours is just different. It's all relative, so I guess you like the soaker and not the model to some extent.

Last soaker I got was a Defender. Good little gun. Neat shape and it has some staying power to it.

My last addition to my armoury was an XP55. Older, but decent stock pressurized-reservoir soaker.

I recently got a CPS 1200. Very nice gun in great condition. I k-modded with 20 balloons, which made it very nice. 50 ft of range at 17 pumps angled, and 35 with 12 pumps level. I also nozzle drilled it.

Is Lazer Challenge a fom of lazer tag? If so-does it work well? Whats the range? Is the accuracy good? I tried to find lazer tag equipment for a while, but I found it was WAY too expensive for me to get really good equipment($399).

<a href="http://www.instructables.com/id/ELSIDWXRAFEP2881ZQ/" target="_blank">http://www.instructables.com/id/ELSIDWXRAFEP2881ZQ/</a> This is what I intend to do to the super blaster in the laser tag. Yes, it seems unorthodox, but hey, its the ultimate. Laser challenge was one of the first laser tag games that you could buy and take home. It's got fairly good range and accuracy. No specifics, as I lost them (poor organisation)

Just got a Pirahna and Orca a few days ago. A Blazer and Tiger Shark would've been better though.
Doubt I'm going to get any more guns this year, unless I find some ebay deals on l33t CPS's.
Edit: Switched the Orca for a Tiger Shark since the Orca had trigger problems.

Hmm.. forgot to post here after my more recent acquisitions.
Got most of the 2007 Water Warriors line (Orca, Tiger Shark, Tarantula, Hammerhead, Stingray, and Steady Stream), but still missing the Barracuda and Pool Cannon. I'm also on the look out for 2007 Super Soaker stock blasters, but haven't found 'em locally just yet.

Interesting that your stores all carry BBT guns, but none have the new SS water guns (not yet, at least).
Recently, I got the Orca. I also did a repair to a neighbor's Max-D 3000 trigger valve, but now it's a lot harder to press the trigger so I think he's fine with me having it. I'll have to open it up again, though, because it leaks a bit each time you fire.

Well, perhaps I shouldn't say I've never seen a 2007 Super Soaker in reality; I've seen the twin pack of Sneak Attacks at a local Costco. However, still haven't seen the bigger blasters, particularly haven't seen a Hydro Blitz in person. B)
