Though I believe more updates are coming, the Supersoaker.com website has pretty much all the 2007 Super Soakers listed with a brief description including the Transformers Water Blaster.
I was expecting a little more info on the whole Aqua Shock line, but nothing yet.

Well, we know the Aqua Shock line is pretty much just another name...like XP, Max-D, CPS, Monster, STE, MI, etc. I don't think they'll reveal any technical similarities, if any, between guns in the Aqua Shock line.

Oh, I realize it's just a name, but in previous editions of Supersoaker.com, they'd have a zoom box of some sort explaining the features of the different models better than just the white product list pages.
